What’s the screen and room sizes to use EyeCharts?
EyeCharts software is compatible with many settings *. You can configure the screen size and also the room size in settings page.
*Recommended screen size: 17″ – 50″. Recommended room size: 2m – 8m.
Does it work offline?
EyeCharts software works completely offline. Online connection is only needed to install and activate the Software.*
* Note: Samsung Tizen Smart TV and Amazon Fire models require connection to launch installed apps.
Where to find the Red-Green Test?
To use Red-Green Test you just need to hold “OK” or “Enter” button while in a page to show the options.
How to proceed in case I need to change the Device?
You might click on ‘deactivate’ license key in previous device and then ‘activate’ the license key in your new device.
*Note: Only uninstalling the app on the previous device does not enable the code for use on new devices. You should always click ‘deactivate’ in previous device.
How to proceed in case i have uninstalled the App in previous device?
You should install in previous device again, reactivate using the same license code, then click deactivate. Doing this your code is able to use on another device.
How to proceed in case my device breaks or stops working?
If your device breaks you can also contact us during the support period to recover a new License Code.
