Can EyeCharts work offline?

EyeCharts software works completely offline. Online connection is only needed to install and activate the Software.* 

* Note: Some Samsung Tizen Smart TV and Amazon Fire models require connection to launch installed apps.

What’s the ideal room size to use EyeCharts?

EyeCharts software is compatible with many settings *. You can configure the screen size and also the room size in settings page.

* Recommended room sizes: 2.8m – 8m.

What’s the ideal display size to run EyeCharts?

EyeCharts software is compatible with many settings *. You can configure the screen size and also the room size in settings page.

* Recommended screen sizes: 17” – 50”.

Where can I find the Red-green test?

To use Red-Green Test you just need to hold “OK” or “Enter” button while in a page to show the options.

How to proceed in case I need to change the Device?

You might click on ‘deactivate’ license key in previous device and then ‘activate’ the license key in your new device.

*Note: Only uninstalling the app on the previous device does not enable the code for use on new devices. You should click ‘deactivate’ in previous device.

How to proceed in case i have uninstalled the App in previous device?

You should install in previous device again, reactivate using the same license code, then click deactivate. Doing this your code is able to use on a new device.

How to proceed in case my device breaks or stops working?

 If your device breaks you can contact us during the support period to recover a new License Code.

What does the Support Period mean?

It’s the time you have with our exclusive technical support. It serves to guarantee your software in the warranty period. We give an exclusive one-time guarantee that no other system has.

What happens when the warranty period expires?

You keep your system and updates forever. Just in case any of your devices (PC, TV) break, we can generate a new code free of charge only during the warranty period.

I can’t activate EyeCharts in my device.

If you are experiencing an issue while trying to activate your license code, please check the following tips:

  • Your internet connection must be online.
  • If you are using a new device, check if you have correctly deactavated the license code in the previous device.
